Lawyers specialise is different branches of the law. A corporate lawyer may have very different job responsibilities from a litigation lawyer. Here are some of their roles in the society.
Corporate lawyers. They are hired to make sure that business negotiations are not going to result in conflict with the local or state laws. They are also responsible for studying on tax land zoning laws, property rights, as well as accounting to name but a few. Mostly, corporate lawyers are also tasked to draft documents or memorandum of agreements between parties involved in a venture.
